We aim to send out your order within 48 hours
48 hour Royal Mail: £3.50 for orders £15 and over (postage is £1.50 for orders under £15)
Special Delivery: £7.50 Next working day Monday-Friday (UK only, Orders must be received before 11.00 am )
Europe: £ 9.50 (5-10 working days, difference refunded if lower postage price)
International: £25.00 (7-20 working days)
Special Delivery orders placed before 11.00 on Friday will be delivered on Monday (unless you email us to pay the difference for a Saturday delivery)
Any Special Delivery orders placed after 11.00 on Friday will be posted on Monday for Tuesday delivery
(Please note that not all Royal Mail international orders can be tracked due to the nature of postal services in different countries. In the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered, Dragonfly Fabrics cannot be held liable)

Occasionally we do not have the required stock to fulfil your order and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the choice of a full refund, an alternative product of equal value, or where possible, the item will be ordered in for you.

Ordering and payments
Once you have selected your goods, you will proceed to the checkout from where you will be asked to checkout as a guest or to register in order to pass through checkout more quickly on future occasions. We ask for your details at this stage so that we can notify you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order or process your payment. We will never give your details to any other party. The payment process is entirely secure. Dragonfly Fabrics cannot view your Credit/Debit Card Information, because Paypal is used as your payment channel.
Upon making the payment using Paypal you will receive a confirmation by email upon placement of your order and your goods will be dispatched shortly afterwards.
Payment can also be made over the phone with your debit/visa card or by cheque or BACS, please email us for details.
All prices include VAT
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.
Returns
It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason please let us know via email:

Our return guidelines are as follows:

- PLEASE contact us BEFORE returning any items via email at sales@dragonflyfabrics.co.uk
- You can return a purchase for up to 10 days from purchase for a full refund*
- Return postage must be paid by the purchaser unless the fabric is faulty in which case Dragonfly Fabrics will provide a pre-paid bag/refund your postage costs.
- All items must be in their original state.
- Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
- Please note that returns outside of the UK will not have postage refunded unless the fault is ours.
- Wholesale orders are not refundable unless the fabric is faulty as the fabric will have been specially ordered in from the supplier and cannot be returned by us*
- Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be refunded and replacement goods sent at no extra cost.
Product Description and Prices
We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices and dimensions of products available on this website are correct. We have also endeavoured to accurately reproduce as best as we can the colour of the products in our images however please be aware that most computer monitors will vary in their reproduction of colour so we cannot guarantee that the colour of the fabric you see on your screen is the exactly the same as product we are selling. Please use our sample service to get an exact match.
