• PLEASE contact us BEFORE returning any items!
• You can return a purchase for up to 10 days from purchase for a full refund. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser unless the fabrics are faulty in which case Dragonfly Fabrics will provide a pre-paid bag.
• All items must be in their original state.
• Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
• Please note that returns outside of the UK will not have postage refunded unless the fault is ours.

If any product is being returned, please contact us BEFORE returning it, via email at sales@dragonflyfabrics.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will advise you on how to proceed. Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be refunded and replacement goods sent at no extra cost. Wholesale orders are not refundable unless the fabric is faulty as we are unable to return the fabric to the supplier. For further information please check out our terms and conditions page.
